Parking

Guest may park on the property driveway.

Do not park
on the street or your car will be towed!

Garbage Rules

Put
all garbage inside a trash bag before filling outside trash bin, garbage MUST
NOT be disposed in shopping bags. Please follow instructions at the bin;

If excessive garbage is left
at the property, guest will be charged a fee of $25.00.

Dumpster location: At the
end of community’s parking lot.

At this condo it happens every day,
but there is no door pick up service.

Guests must
take what they wish to dispose to the closest dumpster located inside the
condo.

Checking In

Check In Time: 4 pm (Contact the office for early check in
request)

Upon check in guests should
check if everything is clean and in order.

If any furniture, objects,
or appliances are damaged or not functioning properly please contact Flow
America Homes immediately (toll free or email).

Checking Out

Check Out time: 10 am (Contact the office
for late check out request)

Late checkouts must be approved
by Management Company in advance. If check
out time is not followed, guests will be charged an extra night.

Please help our
cleaning crew by gathering all used towels
in one place and following our
garbage rules (page 1).

Make sure
all doors and windows are closed and locked before you leave, and gather all your belongings.

Lost and Found: Lost and Found items will be kept at our Office for 15
days.

Washer and
Dryer

Washer – Select desired
settings and press” start” button.

Dryer – Turn knobs to select
time and press “cycle signal” know to start. Do not mix colored and white
clothes or else they might stain.

Dishwasher

Put one soap bar inside the
soap compartment and close it;

After putting all dishes
inside the machine, close the door; now select desired cleaning cycles and
press “start”.

Please throw food
leftovers in the trash before washing the dishes.

Garbage Disposal

  Turn on
the water; Turn on the Disposer; Feed food waste into disposer gradually; After
grinding turn the disposer off and let water run a few moments to flush the
drain;

Don’t ever put your hand in the garbage
disposal, even when it is turned off. The sharp blades can cause serious
injury even when they are not spinning.

Remember: a garbage disposal is NOT a trash can. Only put
bio-degradable food waste into your garbage disposal.

Air Conditioning

Do not set up the AC to
lower than 70F or above 78F.

Keep windows and door closed
at all times.

Damaged and
Missing Items

Our team does both check-in
and check-out inspections with inventory for each booking.

If any items are damaged or
missing at check-out checklist guest will be charged.

If you arrive at the house
and notice something broke, please report to us.

on Voucher. Free calls within United States of America. International calls are
not allowed.

Please do not move remote
control from one room to another.

In case you see the message
“no signal” on screen please try HDMI1, HDMI2 or HDMI3.

Online Shopping

Sometimes guests may have
trouble receiving packages purchased online since they are always out enjoying
theme parks or shopping. Thinking about our guests, Flow America Homes
developed an option of receiving packages at our office and delivering it to
the guest’s rental property.

Call the office for more
information.

(Packages can be picked up
at our office to avoid delivery fee.)

BBQ Grill

Flow America Homes does not
charge for BBQ use.

Guest needs to be prepared
to refill propane tank for BBQ if necessary;

Do not move the BBQ Grill;
Do not push BBQ Grill close to the wall. The heat damages the wall. Check page
6 for propane refill information.

Propane Tank
Refill

In case guests need to refill
the propane tank for the BBQ grill, follow instructions:

Disconnect
tank from Grill

Carefully
take it to the nearest store of the options bellow and ask for a refill
