We hope you enjoy your time at our property and ask that you be respectful of your hosts and neighboring occupants.
Check-in: 4PM or later on the day of your arrival
Check-out: 10AM or earlier on the day of your departure
Please note that an early check in or a late check out are possible upon special request and payment of 50% of the daily rate.
• NO smoking inside the property
• NO pets allowed
• Respect silent hours, which is observed to be in between 11PM to 7AM on weekdays and 12AM to 8AM on weekends and holidays
We kindly provide you with trash bags as a courtesy. Properly bag your trash and place it in the bin outside.
*If the trash does not fit in the bin, please take it to the community dumpster located within the complex. If trash is not taken out, an extra trash fee will be applied.
To use the heated pool there is an extra fee and minimum of 4 consecutive days.
Wash cloths are not provided.
Every vacation home comes with the following Starter Supply Kit:
• (1) Toilet paper roll per full bathroom
• (1) Small facial soap bar
• (1) Small shampoo bottle
• (1) Small conditioner bottle
• (1) Kitchen paper roll
• (3) Kitchen garbage bags
• (1) Small dish detergent bottle
• (1) Small dish sponge
• (6) Standard coffee filters
• (3) Dishwasher detergent pods
• (3) Laundry detergent pods
• (1) Small dryer sheet box
*Any additional supplies will have to be purchased by the guest(s).
Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy: Initial payment 50% at the time of booking with remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be notified in writing. In case of cancellation the following fees will be charged:
Cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancelled at least 13 days before the start of stay, will receive no refund.
Cancellations of rentals for check-ins between Dec 20th through Jan 05th are non-refundable.
Please note that our base price does not include Florida's 13.5% sales tax.
Tips
Guest will have all the information needed in the voucher which will be sent as soon as the listing is booked and a couple days prior to guest's arrival. Please refer to your voucher for instructions on how to contact us via email, phone and emergency contact information(s).
